This is a temporary art project, a stencil trail on the wide path leading through Letham Glen. It is only meant to last a week or so as the chalk spray is temporary.
The idea was to engage with people who use the Glen regularly as well as new visitors to the glen. The stencils incorporate a little of the past history of the glen and also give information about the trees in the woodland and the animals who lived there at one time.
The stencils can be used again!
The project received support from Fife Council and was commissioned by the Buckhaven Beehive community art group and funded by the Scottish Arts Council.
